The DiLPO interdisciplinary advanced course targets students interested in a specific training on human rights, equal opportunities and diversity.
Starting from theories of equality and diversity, and their developments in relation to fundamental rights, we analyse anti-discrimination laws and actions, work-life balance and equal opportunities policies, with a focus on the world of work.
The course consists of three integrated modules:
- Theory of equality and rights - 6 ects (first quarter)
- Labour market and anti-discrimination law - 6 ects (second quarter)
- Sociology of equal opportunities and work-life balance policies - 6 ects (third quarter)
All students of Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes of the Faculty of Political, Economic and Social Sciences can follow the DiLPO advanced course, including as an elective course.
